Michael Topp, born 1979 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Studied Business Managment in South Africa before moving to London to work in various management functions with a strong focus on the hospitality industry and organising events in London. Qualified as a Business English teacher at The London School of Economics and have been working in Austria with The English Coach since 2006. Specialisation in Business Communication in Austria and have worked with most of the big Carinthian companies with great success running and managing 'The English Coach' since 2009.

Ian Callaghan, born 1969 in London. Education in Business Management, career in hospitality management followed by successful development of the brands Pago, Pilsner Urquell and Peroni in top restaurants in London. English teacher training and work experience in Cambridge.  Working since 2008 as an English teacher for Berlitz, University of Klagenfurt, Carinthia University of Applied Sciences and numerous companies. Specialisation in English for business (marketing, strategy, hospitality, banking, finance etc.)

Sheri Topp, born 1983 in South Africa. Finished school in South Africa and travelled to London where she worked in various administrational roles with some big international companies. Sheri has been working in Austria with children for 7 years with most of her experience gained through working with teenagers. She has also worked a lot with kindergarten children and is very passionate about the role of teachers have in developing children in the best possible way.

Baden McArdle, born in New Zealand and studied an LLM (1st Class Hons.) / B.Com from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand where he studied and completed legal and accountancy degrees. Baden worked as a lawyer in New Zealand and England until 2005.  His specialist areas were competition law and environmental law. From 2006 until 2010 he worked as a horse breeder at his fathers farm - Bromac Lodge Ltd in Christchurch New Zealand. He completed a CELTA course in 2010 after moving to Carinthia with his Austrian wife and two children. He has been teaching English on a full time basis since then and has taught at a lot of the major companies in Carinthia as part of the English Coach team.
